IN-SPACe Signs Contribution Agreement with SVCL to Boost India’s Space Startup Ecosystem
On November 10, 2025, the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), under the Department of Space (DoS), signed a contribution agreement with SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The agreement aims to launch the IN-SPACe–SIDBI Space Venture Fund, a Rs. 1000-crore Venture Capital (VC) fund dedicated to supporting India’s growing spacetech startups and enterprises.

About IN-SPACe–SIDBI Space Venture Fund
Approval
• The fund was approved by the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in October 2024.
• SVCL was appointed as the Fund Manager.
Fund Deployment
• This is India’s first government-backed VC fund for the space sector.
• The fund will be deployed over five years (2025–2030).
• Each company will receive Rs. 10 crores to Rs. 60 crores, supporting nearly 40 spacetech startups across different growth stages.
Funding Schedule
• Disbursement will begin with Rs. 150 crores in FY 2025–26 (FY26).
• It will increase to Rs. 250 crores annually during FY27, FY28, and FY29.
• In FY30, the fund will disburse Rs. 100 crores.

AVPL International & CSC e-Governance Services Sign MoU to Boost Rural Enterprises with Drone Technology – November 2025

AVPL International (AITMC Ventures Limited), a global leader in skill development and drone solutions, and CSC e-Governance Services India Limited (CSC SPV), under the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to integrate drone technology into rural enterprises across India.

नवंबर 2025 में प्रसिद्ध तेलुगु कवि और गीतकार आन्दे श्री लक्ष्मीनारायण का 64 वर्ष की आयु में हैदराबाद (तेलंगाना) में निधन हो गया।
उनका जन्म 18 जून 1961 को रेबर्थी गांव, वरंगल जिले (अब जंगाओं) में हुआ था। उन्होंने तेलंगाना आंदोलन में एक प्रभावशाली और भावनात्मक आवाज के रूप में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
उनका प्रतीकात्मक गीत “जय जयहे तेलंगाना” (1997), जिसे एम.एम. कीरवानी ने संगीतबद्ध किया था, 2024 में आधिकारिक रूप से तेलंगाना राज्य गीत के रूप में अपनाया गया।
