SEBI Approves ICICI Prudential AMC IPO 2025

• The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted final approval for the Rs 10,000 crore IPO of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC), a Joint Venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd.
• The issue is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning all proceeds will go to Prudential Corporation Holdings (UK), which is offloading a portion of its 49% stake.
• Up to 4.94 crore equity shares will be sold, while ICICI Bank will retain its 51% stake in the AMC.
• KFin Technologies Limited has been appointed as the registrar for the IPO.
• SEBI has also approved IPOs of Powerica Limited, Technocraft Ventures, and Annu Projects.

About IPO
• An Initial Public Offering (IPO) is when a private company offers its shares to the public for the first time, becoming eligible to list on a stock exchange.
• The IPO will enable public shareholding and trading of ICICI Prudential AMC’s equity on the market.

• यह IPO पूरी तरह से Offer for Sale (OFS) है, जिसमें बिक्री से प्राप्त धनराशि Prudential Corporation Holdings (UK) को जाएगी।
