Step 1: Check Important Dates

• Start Date: You can start filling out the form from January 27, 2026.
• Last Date: You must finish the form by February 27, 2026.

Step 2: Go to the Official Website

• Open your browser and type: https://bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
• Click on the “Prohibition Dept.” tab on the home page.
• Click the link for Advertisement No. 03/2026.

Step 3: Registration (Part 1)

• You need a working Mobile Number and Email ID.
• Fill in your basic details like Name, Nationality, Gender, Date of Birth, and Category.
• Pay the Fee: Everyone (Male, Female, and Third Gender) has to pay ₹100.
• You can pay using Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.
• After payment, you will get a Registration ID and Password on your phone and email.

Step 4: Filling the Form (Part 2)

• Log in using your Registration ID and Password.
• Fill in your Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Address, and Education details.
• Make sure these details match your 10th Class (Matric) certificate.

Step 5: Upload Photo and Signature

• Photo: Must be Color, taken in the last 2 months, with a White background. Size: 15 to 25 KB.
• Signature: You must sign in both Hindi and English using Black or Blue ink on a white background. Size: 15 to 25 KB.

Step 6: Final Check and Submit

• Check everything carefully using the “Edit Details” button before hitting submit.
• Once you click Submit, you cannot change anything.
• Download and Print the Acknowledgement page (A4 size) for your records.

Very Important Rules:

• One Person = One Form: If you fill out more than one form, all your forms will be rejected.
• No Edits After Payment: If you make a mistake in the registration, you have to Cancel it and pay the fee again. Old money will not be returned.
