UPSSSC Special Education Teacher Recruitment 2026 : Apply for 58 Posts

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has recruited on the vacant posts of special teachers. Advertisement has come out. UPSSSC Special Education Teacher Recruitment 2026 Candidates will be selected for a total of 58 posts under the Directorate of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. The application process will start from 6 April 2026. Interested candidates can submit the online form on 27 April 2026. UPSSSC Special Education Teacher Recruitment 2026 Candidates are eligible who have appeared for PET-2025 examination. You should have a certificate of passing the intermediate examination. It is also mandatory to have Diploma in Special Education recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). It is necessary for the applicant to be registered with RCI. How to Apply

Follow these steps to apply on the official website of UPSSSC:

  • You go to the official website of the Commission upsssc.gov.in.
  • Click on the Live Advertisement Segment present on the homepage.
  • You login through your PET-2025 registration number.
  • For login, use the OTP received on your registered mobile number or email.
  • After login, check your personal information like name, address and reservation category.
  • After this, carefully select the post you want to apply for.
  • Enter educational qualification (12th and Special Education Diploma) details like board name, year and roll number.
  • Check the photo and signature which will be displayed from PET-2025.
  • Read the Declaration carefully and tick all the checkboxes and press Save and Submit button.
  • In the next step, pay the prescribed fee of ₹25 through net banking, credit/debit card or UPI.
  • Please take a printout of your filled application form for future reference.

FAQs

Q1. Is PET score mandatory for this exam?

Ans: Yes, only those candidates who have appeared in Examination-2025 (PET-2025) can participate in the main examination. The Commission will shortlist the candidates only on the basis of normalized score of PET-2025.

 

Answer: Yes, there is a provision of negative marking for every wrong answer in the written examination. For each wrong answer, 25 percent (1/4 mark) of the marks prescribed for that question will be deducted.

Ans: Yes, you can make amendments in the application till 04 May 2026. You can make changes only in some details like address, marital status and educational qualification etc.

Answer: You can apply online for this recruitment from 06 April 2026.
