  • Step 1: Visit the Website Go to the official board website at [www.sssb.punjab.gov.in].

  • Step 2: Start Registration Click on the “Apply Online” link. If you do not have a Login ID, click on “Registration” to fill in your basic details. This will generate your User ID and Password.

  • Step 3: Login Use your new User ID and Password to log into the application portal.

  • Step 4: Fill Personal & Education Details Enter your personal information and educational qualifications accurately.

  • Step 5: Upload Photo and Signature Upload a passport-size photo or capture a live photo using your camera. You must also upload a scanned copy of your signature. Forms without these will be rejected.

  • Step 6: Upload Documents Click on “Attach Annexure” to upload scanned copies of your 10th-grade certificate and other required educational documents. Click “Save Documents” after uploading.

  • Step 7: Pay the Application Fee Click on “Make Payment” to pay your fees online. The application is only accepted after a successful payment.
