UPSSSC VDO-2023 Document Upload Notice: Direct Link & Official Schedule

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued an important notice regarding the UPSSSC VDO-2023 Document Upload Notice recruitment for 2023. Following the main examination conducted for the selection of candidates for a total of 1,468 vacant posts, the Commission has now initiated the document uploading process. Candidates who appeared for this recruitment examination can now visit the official website to upload their documents online.

The link for uploading documents became active on April 7, 2026. All candidates are advised to ensure that they upload their necessary certificates and photographs by May 6, 2026. For this recruitment, a CCC certificate, in addition to a 10+2 Intermediate qualification, was stipulated as a mandatory eligibility requirement. The application fee was fixed at a nominal ₹25 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories. To log in, you will require your PET 2022 registration number and an OTP. Candidates are advised to complete this process in a timely manner—without waiting for the deadline—to avoid any potential technical glitches.

  • Choosing the Right Platform: First and foremost, upload all your essential certificates and reservation-related documents exclusively on the Commission’s official website: https://upsssc.gov.in.
  • Avoid Other Channels: Furthermore, the Commission will not accept any documents sent via post, email, or submitted in person.
  • Adherence to Deadlines: Please note that the link for uploading documents will remain active only for a specified period.
  • Importance of the Deadline: The link will automatically become inactive after the designated time has elapsed; therefore, do not wait until the very last date.
  • Login Procedure: To access the portal, use your Advertisement Registration Number.
  • OTP Security: Immediately thereafter, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number or email address; enter this OTP to log in.
  • Data Confidentiality: Keep your login credentials and OTP strictly secure, as you alone will be responsible for their safety.
  • Precise Photo Guidelines: Upload only a recent, color photograph in which your face is clearly visible.
  • Clear Background: Ensure the photograph has a white or light gray background, and verify that your eyes are looking directly at the camera.
  • Photo Size Limit: The size of your photograph must be between 50 KB and 100 KB, and the file format must be either .jpg or .jpeg.
  • Opportunity for Correction: You may view your uploaded documents and make necessary modifications (corrections) to them up until the final deadline.
  • Document Quality: Upload only clear and legible documents; otherwise, the Commission reserves the right to reject your application.
  • Combined PDF File: If your mark sheets and certificates are separate documents, scan them together to create a single consolidated PDF file.
  • Correct File Size: Ensure that the size of your PDF file is between a minimum of 200 KB and a maximum of 2 MB.
  • Data Verification: Verify that the details contained within your uploaded documents match exactly with the information you provided in your online application form.
  • Requirement for Original Copies: At any stage during the selection process, the Commission may request to inspect your original documents; presenting these documents will be mandatory.
  • Final Submission and Print: Finally, tick the ‘Declaration’ box and press the ‘SUBMIT’ button; be sure to take a printout of your form.
